چکیده

A new three-input and single-output current-mode biquad filter using one plus-type inverting second-generation current conveyors (ICCIIs), two grounded capacitors and two resistors is presented. This filter can simultaneously realize five generic low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-reject and all-pass filtering signals. H-Spice simulations with 0.35μm process are used to validate filter feasibility, operating frequency ranges, and especially, very low sensitivities for the new band-pass, band-reject, and all-pass biquads. Moreover, the new universal biquad filter is much more accurate in output responses and has much larger operating frequency range than a previous old one constructed by a single second-generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII), two grounded capacitors, and one floating resistor. Key-Words: Active filters, analog circuit design, continuous-time filters, low-pass filters, band-pass filters, high-pass filters, band-reject filters, all-pass filters

Single DV-DXCCII Based Voltage Controlled First Order All-pass Filter with Inverting and Non-inverting responses

In this paper, a new voltage controlled first order all-pass filter is presented. The proposed circuit employs a single differential voltage dual-X second generation current conveyor (DV-DXCCII) and a grounded capacitor only. The proposed all-pass filter provides both inverting and non inverting voltage-mode outputs from the same configuration simultaneously without any matching condition. Non-...
